    Pooping blood?
Ok so I've been pooping blood for a month straight now so I know for sure I'm not just on the rag. So it doesn't hurt and I'm hesitant to see a doctor. Any help?

My brother died from colon cancer. He started with bloody stools.
This is not something you should hesitate over.It could be very serious.See a doctor.

    Hi, Reicheru-006!

No one here can diagnose you. You need to be seeing a physician who can meet with you in person, examine you and recommend a course of treatment.

Please go to a doctor, as this could be something really serious! The longer that you wait, the worse things could get!

I wish and hope only the best for you!

    Thanks!

Well I talked to my mom and she says its something about my poop being too hard and ripping my butt hole (this was a pretty awkward conversation once I knew it wasn't anything serious)... so I guess its not cancer. She said it runs in the family and going to the doctor isn't necessary.

Anytime a person has blood in their stool it is serious and needs to be immediately checked out. If this condition is not stopped the person will become extremely anemic and open to other diseases and infections due to the lack of blood in their system. Please have him see a doctor to determine the cause of this blood.

Don't die of embarrassment. If it tirns out to be nothing, then fine. But it could be cancer or inflammatory bowel disease. And even if it is benign, you will develop iron deficiency pretty soon.

This has been happening to me too. I have experienced some pain with it. Usually it's just when I wipe, but today the whole toilet was filled with blood. Is this serious?
