    How Do I Stop Thinking Constantly!
    I have Severe Brain Injury and I think about the most silly stuff all day and when it comes to an important thought I'm burnt out!:confused:

    I was watching on the news this morning that meditation is good for that. I've never practiced it, myself, but I've heard it works well.

    Mike did you tell them that you've Severe Traumatyic Brain Injury Probably not I was multi think of other crap at the time!

    I bet it would. I know sometimes I can't stop thinking. It seems like my mind always wonders. It's probably something I should look into too.
