She is not in good health. Me&wife has lived with her for the past 20yrs &been paying on house for last 15 there r 2 morages on it right now we are paying on. Both are creit is not good at all. We have filed it with the county. What should we do next. Do we need a lawyer to help us if we run into preblems with morage compeay or should just keep paying as if nothing is different with the deed.
