I have vaginal bumps on the outside vaginal lips. They first appeared as "mosquito bites". There were several in a circular form with a few others off to the sides. The vaginal lips have swollen them into one large lump. At first they itched and when I urinate they sometimes burn. There are NO blisters, pimples, or discoloration nor oozing of any kind. They also do not appear to be a cyst. Have you ever heard of this... or know what it might be? I've had this for the last 4 or 5 days.

Herpes at first has no lesions. Get checked by your doctor to see just what this is. Herpes does itch like crazy and you can have a burning sensation when voiding.

Twinkie is right, herpes can present that way. At any rate, you need to have a doctor take a look at it. I hope you feel better soon!

Definitely go to a OB/GYN but it could also be a strand of HPV or genital warts. They show up in the same area and are spread by shaving. I won't shave there, if you do, until you see a doctor.
