Hi all, I have a 1997 Honda Torneo SIR(Japanese Accord) that starts weakly. I thought it was the battery until I had it charged and that was not it. Then I thought spark plugs, but a mechanic who worked on my car recently told me that they were still good. A couple people suggested the starter, and I was also told by another mechanic that the compression was low in two of my cylinders. Would low compression be the problem? Or is it something else?
