Looks like someone put a light under the house and melted a 1" diameter hole in the bottom of the 3" sewer 45 degree fitting and coupling. It's a tight fit to replace so I wondered if there is some type of PVC repair kit to repair the leak in place?

You can patch a length of pipe but I'd have to see that 45 to tell if its repairable, likely it's not. You can cut it out and weld in a new 45 and a no hub collar or use a Fernco connection. Pipe and Hose Leak Repair Tape

PVC is easy to fix. Probably easier than patching. Buy new fittings, short piece of pipe and glue. Cut out damaged pipe and insert new one. You have to crawl to it, and work in that area, anyway... so why to Micky Mouse it ?
