I am wiring a spa. It came with a 50 amp GFCI installed in the disconnect mounted on the spa. It has 6/3 wire: red, black, neutral, and a separate bare #10 ground. When I go to my main electrical panel, what do I do with the #6 neutral, and the #10 ground?

1. You will need a 2 pole 50 amp breaker for your panel. Make sure you have the space for it.

2. The red and black will go into your 2 pole breaker. The neutral will screw onto your neutral bar in your panel and the bare copper wire will go to the green ground bar. The Neutral and the ground should be bonded so they are actually going to the same place. But look to see where the other white wires are going in the panel and see where the other bare copper wires are going. This should do it for you.

JP, the breaker is already installed in the panel. I was a bit confused; the neutral buss has bare copper wires hooked into it; and the ground buss has white wires into it.
I'll make it work.

Is this spa outside? If so then the cable you have is not legal. Outdoor portions of wiring for spa and pool equipment MUST Be in conduit with an insulated ground?

You HAVE pulled a permit and are getting inspected, right?
