What do I do? I just had my baby a week ago and I'm breast feeding him and baby daddy wants to take him to he's mom's house.. I keep on telling him no to understand that he is small but he says he doesn't give a **** what I say... he's never helped me with anything for the baby.. and some times he's said that the baby is not he's that he wants a paternity test... what do I do? :confused::confused:

What?? I think u need to tell us more. Does the dad live with u? Or his mom?

First, you really need to pay attention to things. You originally posted this in Introductions which is clearly marked as not for asking questions.

Second, I gather that you have not been to court to establish custody, visitation and support issues. You NEED to do this immedately. The courts will generally not give visitation away from the mother while she is breastfeeding.

But this needs to be formalized right away. You should have found out about this as soon as you knew you were pregnant.

How old are you and the father?

I would agree no visits out of your home till you have a firm custody order in place along with a child support order.

But once he has a child support order, he will get visits including over night, Each judge is different as to how early they will allow over nights, plus often require the father to take a parenting class sometimes.
