I am on a lease with someone who up and left and said she won't be back for 3 months.In the meantime, she is not paying her portion of the rent.How do I evict her.She is on the lease as well.

You can't. Only the landlord can, and he can only evict BOTH of you.

You can SUE your roomy in small claims court, though. That's what I'd do.
