There are many firms that give morgages on mobile homes. A WEB search on "mobile home mortgage" should come up with several to check out. Also check with the bank where you do your banking.

Not sure what you mean by "back credit"?

If you are talking about a Mobile Home sitting on rented land, you cannot get a "mortgage" on it. A mortgage is for "real property". If the Mobile Home is properly and permanently affixed to its own land, then it would be considered a Manufactured Home, and would be eligible for a mortgage. For a Mobile Home the loan would go through a finance company and be at a higher interest rate and shorter term than a mortgage.

I am assuming that you made a typo, and meant to say "bad" credit. Is your credit a little bad, medium bad, or terrible? Your ability to get a loan, and the interest rate is determined by considering all the factors in your application: credit, income, job stability, loan to value ratio, cash reserves, etc. I hope this helps.

The fact that it is a mobile home should have no barring on you getting a mortgage.

You have bad credit? Yes, THAT will affect it. If you do qualify for a loan, the interest rates will be high.

I can't say anymore since I do not know how bad your “bad” credit is.

The prolem with trying to get a mortgage on a mobile home that is not permanently fixed to the property is that it is just that... mobile! There is nothing to stop it from moving on down the road, never to be seen again. That's why loans for mobile homes resemble an auto loan... not as much $$, not as long-term, and a higher % rate.
