My son is 17 and has just fathered a child.. He is not in a relationship with the mother -just friends. What are his rights as a dad in looking affter the baby. Is he entitled to having the baby overnight??

He has visitation rights. He and the mother should try to work out an agreement (since you said they are friends); if they can't they can go to court and have a judge help them out.
