Hello I am going to prom with my grade 12 boyfriend, I have the dress (its navy blue almost black, it is floor length and body hugging, the front is halter and then the back goes to tank top (doesnt show a lot of chest)). My shoes are also black. I need help with my hair, it is long, thick and brown, it goes down to below my shoulders.. I don't know how to have it?

And same with makeup, I have blue/green eyes, rosy cheeks and an oval face.. I don't know what colors to use that would go with my dress. I was thinking maybe a bluish but I don't know if it would go with my eyes or not.

Please I need help!!

Oh how exciting! I think for your eyes I would use dark greys and black liner to make them really stand out but just keep your lips simple with a clear gloss. Then your hair, as its thick might look a bit top heavy with your dress covering your chest so might be nice to have your hair up with a few loose curls so that your showing a bit of skin (neck).
