Should a hole be in the concrete around the drain on a slab foundation
I have a hole in my slab house around my drain pipe in the bath room. Is this right?
Also shold the concrete be cracked all the way to the outside? It starts about 12 " from the hole were the hole is by the drain.

    Need a Little more detail

So far I got a drain pipe

Is this a floor drain in middle of floor?

Is this inside perimeter basement drain pipe?

In bathroom. Is this a hole where the sink drains too?

Concrete cracked to out to the outside.

Is this the floor and the wall and is the wall block or concrete?

We can't see what you see so need a clearer description please
