There is this partcular woman in my life for the last 10years. We love each other so in spite of all confusions we are still together. In spite of all these years marriage never happened due to faults on both our ends. She is divorced and has a child. However this is my first relationship. She is 33 & I am 35. However now after so many years I have finally told her that I will marry her within this year. My confusion lies in the fact that in spite of she knowing about this fact she still has her profile posted in matrimonial sites & is actively searching these sites. I am very confused now about this. Please tell me why is she doing this? And what should I do?

Either she isn't as committed to the relationship as you are, she doesn't really believe you two will be married, she is keeping her options open, or she is not trust worthy.

Have you asked her why she is still on those types of sites? Are you actually engaged to be married?

I would ask where do you live, since this does not sound like the US or Canada from the wording you are using, Your culture may help in a better answer.

Next you don't at least in the US , tell her that you will marry her, you perhaps ask her if she would marry you. But if you have had a rocky relationship for 10 years with you, perhaps she is looking for something better
