I have missed 2 periods with symptoms of very swollen and tender breast. I have had 2 tubal pregnancies 8 yrs ago which resulted in the removal of one tube and clamping of the other. I have also been showing slight signs of pre menapause with some night sweats. Is it possible that I could be pregnant or is it just the process of menapause?

It could be a sign of stress, at least that's what happened to me at 39 when I missed my cycle for 3 months! Try taking a pregnancy test at home. Take care.
