Well I have changed and dumbed out all the gas and got new gas and put a new in and points condenser and it still won't run unless I prime it and then it only runs the gas out then dies unless I put my hand over where the breather goes then it will run at a ideal speed tell I move my hand.I have all so cleaned every thing and made sure no gloggs in the gas line I just don't know what to do with it now.

Your choking it, so it's wither not getting enough fuel.

This points to a carb problem.

Make sure the linkages are free, especially the governor.

The carb may need to be adjusted and/or cleaned. If it's a diphram carb, the diaphram may be bad.

Mixture screws generally don't have to be adjusted unless something has gummed it up which actually seems likely.
