Were you able to download before?

Any changes that either happened or that you perhaps made to your computer around the time that the problem started; particularly any Software that you installed or setup.

Are you using a download mgr?

Can your programs update (like MS updates)?

Any messages come up when you try to download?

Are you using IE or Firefox?

Any other info that may help?
