Walking, exercising, watching what you eat, etc. I've lost quite a bit of weight in the past by being as active as I could be, riding a bicycle, walking, exercising, avoiding sweets and trying to not eat anything that had over four grams of fat per serving in it.
Have you been to a doctor recently for a check-up and also to see what a doctor might have to say about your weight? I'm about 5'9" and weighed close to 250 pounds about four years ago. I went from that weight down to my high school weight of 183 pounds. It took me about a year-and-a-half to do it.
