I have several unwanted spreadshee files created in quatro 10. What are the steps to delete these from my PC, and also from my flash drive. I am not happy with this software. Would I be better off with a free copy of openoffice.org? Any advice would be apreciated.

Left-Click on Start. Right-Click on Explore. This brings up Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer) & displays all files & folders on all devices attached to the system board. You must have administrative rights to your PC. If this is your home PC, then there is usually no problem. Office PC's may have administrative rights set by the company's computer geeks (with good reason).
Find the wanted files & remove them with delete key. Within Windows Explorer, there is also a search engine. Its locations varies between operating systems. This search engine allows you to search for all files available to your PC. The asterisk * is a wild card. Typing in *uat* would display all file/folders that have Quatro in the name but also any others that have uat in the name.
