Partitions of my HD (C,D,E,F) are not opening on double click , I have updated my AV and scanned for viruses , there were few but I removed them , still they are not opaning , suggest

Any changes that either happened or that you perhaps made to your computer around the time that the problem started; particularly any Software or Hardware that you installed or setup.

When last time worked?

Have you restarted PC and then try again?

What happens or comes up when you right click on the drive and choose properities?

Update you antivirus then scan with that and download some anti-spyware tools like superantispyware and scan in safe mode it may resolve your problem.
