I'm a 19 yr old guy. And I don't have any girlfriend. I'm helping my dad in his business because he is not physically fit tats why I don't get that much time to make friends. But when I saw my old friends have girlfriend or boyfriend I feel very alone. I think now I'm just being a family person because of my family responsibilities. I don't have anything in my life. I even don't have my personal life. What to do?
Can any one help me?

Well I didn't get tat much time but whenever I'm free I just sleep

Is it possible that you can negotiate with your father. Perhaps if you offer to cover the hours either earlier in the morning, or later on certain days, that you can have an evening a week to do what you like.

You have a computer, and, while this might sound a bit weird, do you have Facebook, or IM, so that you can catch up with old friends, see what they're up to, and re-connect socially?

While I also admire you for being so responsible and loyal to your family, you need time of your own; we all do. It is not a healthy balance to work work work, and not play.

See if you can't sit with him, and tell him that you'd like him to consider a night off a week so you can do other things. At age 19, that is not at all an unreasonable request.

You are doing good,but I think now this is time that you get marriage as soon as psossible,

We have a family business and I understand how overworked and tired you may get... especially if the work is physical. This is a great learning experience and I find it admirable HOWEVER you are nineteen year old guy. Do you see yourself taking over the family business one day? Where do you see yourself in 5 years, 10 years or 20 years from now? What do you want to do for a career? Will that require further education?

Considering your age your parents should understand that you will require day's off and time alone and time with friends. Your life is about building relationships, connections and finding acceptance. It is healthy to balance your work, family, friends and alone time. When this becomes imbalanced you will feel as you do. You can not embody yourself to one project in life... life is about learning, adventure and discoveries afar, you have one life to live so ensure you are living it for you (finding a balance and continually being considerate but not at the cost of being inconsiderate of yourself).

I believe your key is balance and it will be benifical if you discuss this with your family because chances are they have no idea how you feel and so never thought it would be an issue. Once you have some time designated for yourself... you seem like an earthy individual and maybe an escape to nature to clear your mind, breath in some fresh air, enjoy beautiful scenery and enjoy the synergy and the simple beauty life has to offer. Here you may come up with ideas of how you would like to spend your free time. Try to connect with your inner self and make those connections with those with similar interests and amplify your strength while working on the personal weakness... empower. Like attracts like... remember that, so start with the key of balance then make the connections. Start that escape on a mountain bike or whatever interests you.
