How to control servo motor?

I need a little more info.. tell me the model and brand of motor

The motor it self is provided with a potentiometer. (if not; to be provided externally) for adjusting speed of output shaft of the motor. Being permanent magnet motor, its directions are easily reversed by changing polarity of power supply.
