Hope someone can guide me... I have very little water dribbling out of the hot water on every faucet in the house, but great water pressure for cold.

This would indicate the problem is back near your water heater. Put a bucket below the drain spigot and open the spigot. Tell us what happens and is there sediment mixed with the water.
