How do I transfer a user account from one domain to another domain in Windows environment ?

- what type of user account?
- both your domains or other peoples domain?
- same domain holder or different domain holders?

1.I have a simple user account inside one of my OU and it is present inside my domain and I want to transfer this user account to another OU which is present inside other domain but in the same forest.

2. One is maintained by me and 2nd one is maintained by another person.

3. Single forest but Tree is different and each tree is handled by different administrator.
