I have d/l the Mozilla Firefox program and it gave me two icons neither of which get me to the IB. Always have to run it again and then I get the Google IB.
How do I get a direct icon to the Firefox IB?

By IB I'm assuming you mean internet browser? Perhapse the links are bad so go to the parent directory(default c:\program files
\mozilla firefox\) and click on Firefox.exe. If it is still not working then hold ctrl+alt+esc so that the task manager comes up. Go to the process's tab, look for Firefox.exe if it's their select all instances of it and hit end process for each. Then try running it again. If problems persist its likely due to other software you have such as Google search bar, remove those programs and try running again.

If it doesn't run and its not in your process's reinstall Firefox.
