Hi I have two children they have the same farther he is not on either birthcitificates he has abused me for 8 years on and off I have finally left
Him and had him charged he has 6 other children and has done this to everyone of there mothers he does not see any of his children I have since left my home town and settled and me and the kids are doing a lot better but he is now trying to get parental rights and visitation rights . There is not enough in place for domestic violence situations they moved me after having a marak meeting I was very high risk yet now he may get to see the kids there for hell find me again and beat me again.

Your ex has rights until the courts say different. If he goes through the courts they most likely will grant him some form of visitation.
