    Where do you lose audio? Channel 13 and down?

    Are you on cable TV? Call your cable supplier - could be a problem with their network.

    There is no soud on chanels 2,3 4,or 21. If I go through my dvd and put my T.V. on chanel 3 the sound is fine.

    No, it is a direct cable connection to the back of the VCR. The rest of the t>v.s in the house work fine.

    Some older VCRs could lose sound if the channel was not fine tuned.
    Try unplugging VCR, TV, for about 10 seconds and repower.
