I have been coloring my hair brown for 25 years. I am 53 and my hair is now all silver. I want to let it grow out silver, but I don't know the best way to do this. I do not want to cut it short, it is chin length now. I do not want to just let it grow in as it would take too long and I don't want my hair half brown and half grey-silver. So how do I do this?

You have the balance of your hair coloured light blond. Either do it yourself, don't touch the regrowth. Just get the rest as light as you can with say, LOreal. Go over all the lightest options. It is doable Lkb.

Color does not lift color. Yiu will have to use a lightener , such a bleach, and if you've never done it before you should get some help!

I find grey hair looks very good on many women. Go with it.
