Looking for a movie for ages. A boy falls in a whirlpool and becomes cartoon. Its old! Driving me crazy! Its underwater world type tihng if I remember right. Frogs and such. I think he was a chimney sweep?
I loved it when I was little and I'm desperate to know what it is!

Nah I don't really. I remember he had dark mop top sort of hair and he fell into the river and he was tumbling and it turned to cartoon and he was tumbling. It was old animation for sure, kind of like the old lord of the rings cartoon style. He was wearing really raggy clothes

Its not any of these movies. Dangit... I remember this too. He was with a bunch of men who were robbing an old mansion (they had him against his will to help) the cops came and he ran and jumped into a river... then entered a cartoon world. It was great! I was born in 1972 and I am sure the poster of this question was born around that time too. Please help us find this movie!
