I have a hotmail.com email account and I haven't the time to kept up to date with it so they kind of deleted it or something, I cannot log into it,how can I retrieve my hotmail.com account back?

What message do you get when you try to login?
Did you try the "forgot your password?" link?

If your account has been flagged inactive you can re-activate by logging in again. If it has been too long ALL your email/contacts are gone
