OK so I'm almost 16 years old and my mom still says no dating I don't know what to do because I've had plenty of boys ask me out but I always have to say no even if I like them my mom thinks ill get pregnant but I gave her no reason to think that... what should I do??

While you are still living with your Mum you should respect her discussion and rules.

Yes I've talked to her about it many times but she blows it off see my mom does not let me do anything I go to school and come straight home to clean I have no life besides school

Now there's always TWO sides to every story.
I bet she isn't "blowing off" at you for no good reason, there must be something you are doing to provoke this reaction.
I'm sure she looking to you to act in a mature and sensible manner before she will even contemplate any changes to her attitude.

OK well she talked to me once about it she told me I can go to a movie with a boy as friends and I said OK and asked her the next day if I could go and she said no I said a bunch of my friends are going and she still said no

You should ask your mom to go with you to see what is going on. Yes it will be embarrassing but that is all I can think of.
