Weddings are LEGAL in court house weddings. You are married by a JP. Go to your nearest one and make an appt. and pay the fees.

In Georgia there are not "Justice of the Peace" but you are married by one of the many probate or general session judges that may be at the court house that day.

In Savanah ( I really like the little one in Folkston GA myself) you get your marriage license, and make an appointment to see the judge, normally they have a certain time every afternoon that they will marry anyone that wants it at that time.

Also there are dozens of pastors , often that leave their name and numbers with the clerk, that will marry you in your home, their home, at the court house, in the park,
