Hey I'm 13 and I do have breasts, not big ones, but not very small either (like an A-B cup depending on tightness of bra etc.)
But the thing is, they are kind of, almost pointy.. and its weird because my nipples are really soft and my breasts only get perky when exposed to coldness
Okay please tell me what's going on I'm a bit freaked
And will they grow anymore? Is this like a stage or something?

Breasts come in all shapes and sizes... and some women will notice that their breasts don't match up... one being slightly different from the other.
At 13, you will likely have several more years of development. How much change is partly determined by your genetics. Look at the women in your family and you may be somewhat similar when you are older.

For a 13 year old, you sound perfectly normal to me. :)
