Do I still continue to pay child support if I sign over my rights of my child.

Yes - until and unless someone else adopts and accepts financial responsibility for the child. In many States you cannot surrender your rights as a parent.

First who ever told you that you would be allowed to sign over your rights, except for adoptions this is seldom allowed. You don't have to use your rights,

But as noted unless there is a step parent to adopt you will continue to pay child support if somehow you were able to sign over rights

If you care for your children you don't attempt to surrender any and all rights to them, including visitation.
