    Adopting my nepew
    I have a 2 moths nepew and is considering adoption. How do I go about doing this? Do I need a lawyer?

    Do you have permission from both of the parents? The process depends on the State you are in and an Attorney is always the best way to go.

    Do you have the emotional and financial means - and proof of those means - to convince the Court that you would be a good parent?
