My 1977 trailer house has some clear reinforced tubing that is continually breaking and being chewwed apart. What are the new mobile homes plumbed with to alieviate these hassels?

The new manufactured homes use the solid white colored plastic pipes. This is the same stuff you can buy at any do-it-yourself store like Home Depot or Loews. The older plastic piping that was gray would break all the time and has been banned from manufactured home plumbing.

The new mfgd homes use the same type of plumbing pipe as used in site built homes. You won't go wrong if you switch your plumbing material to the same thing as site built homes.
