I think I have adam's apple it is not that obvious but I feel it, is it normal to have a little bulge in that area

Since there have been cases of a woman having testicles, I suppose its possible for you to have an adam's apple. Check with your doctor on your next visit.

Both genders routinely have it-- but its typically more pronounced in males.
