Are high school advance placement fees tax deductable

Please define advance placement,

Are these college classes or college test to allow you not to take entry level college courses, or merely costs to advance you in high school

The courses are to take a test to get college credits for the upcoming year, ie: spanish, english.

No, they are NOT deductible.
