    Tresspass order
I have been given a tresspass order from a chain of stores. How can they tell if I enter one of their stores?

YOU are supposed to know you can't enter these stores. Its called the honour system. YOU have to HONOUR the trespass order.

And in some malls, they have photos of all the people banned in the office where the security cameras are, so even if they don't see you right then, they may see it latter if reviewing the tapes.

Also if the same clerk, or same security sees you in store they call.

And if you would be caught doing the same thing you did to get banned, the punishment gets a lot worst

    Hello martin:

Homeland Security just developed what they're calling The Underwear Interdiction Device or the UID. This is a device that can detect particular pairs of underwear. If you ever wear the same underwear that you did when you were banned, they're going to know it.

To be completely honest, I almost believe this is real... our tax dollars at work, eh? :)

Facial recognition software is available to corporate entities. So they could be matching your face automatically.

If you actually bought something, they could identify you by your purchase information.

Or it could be by flyers showing photos of banned people.

Is it worth risking further trouble?

I heard that the store sprays the uninvited with special invisible paint and then satellites pick up identities when the uninvited attempt to enter the store again.

I think this is a better system than underwear tags but not as interesting.

You've all got it wrong. They are secretly injected with an RFID tag (like they do with pets) and that activates a scanner at the store's entrance.

Right, Scott's right. Between the shoulder blades, right?

Not between, generally just over the right shoulder blade is the preferred spot.

Does that go between one's shoulder blades, as a pet's? Or is it somewhere... *cough*... less accessible?

Did you ever hear the phrase, "Here, turn around and brace yourself?"
