I had court Friday was ordered to not email someone however was not aware of the order until today which the order was stamped TODAY!! This person submitted these emails to the judge. I need to know if I am in contempt and if I should expect he cops to be here and arrest me?

No

You will be in trouble with the court for violating the court order. But whether you will be arrested depends on the nature of the charges.

If you were "IN" court how do you not know what the order was. Where you sleeping or not listening. If you were told not to email they would have told you that, not just did a secret writing about it.

If in court you were ordered not to, and you did, yes you may be arrested but they if the judge did not sign he order till today, you may be safe now,

So why if you knew you were not suppose to contact and went to court for it, are you doing it

I was not aware of the order I thought I still had joint custody and parenting I was in shock I was put on supervised visits. Tjis is all I heard of the judge and that I was to pay cs.
