I would like to know what does motion to miligate sentence mean? I got a ferlo for 6 months so I signed for 15yrs will I am outside. But my sentence is 6 yrs does a motion to miligate mean that they are going to drop the 6yrs to less time or maybe probation? What could happen with a motion to miligate sentence?
