There are minor things on the wall like black mark from the back of the fridge that is not very big at all and then there are grease marks on the wall behind the stove and there are water marks that you can barly see that come down the wall can I be charged to paint that or by law they have to paint it anyway because it is normal wear and tear!

It all depends on where you live. I have been in the leasing industry for several years and have worked for many appt companies. I have never charged anyone for minor things like grease stains or scuff marks. Now I have had people come into the office and ask for a little bit of paint to do it themselves. If I were you I would ask your community manager. Good luck
