    80s kid's TV: paper animation?
Does anyone remember a weird cartoon that was made of paper/objects, and it had a lady made of a dolly peg, and a paper boat and a dolls house? One of the characters (the dolly peg woman) may have been called pinny or something similar...

I think it was based around the dolls house, with sewing involved somewhere, and may have had the peg lady shimmying down a piece of cotton to escape wherever she was. Everyone else thinks I'm mad, but I remember it very clearly - JUST NOT THE NAME! :o(

I just did a search for you. Was it called "Pinny's house"? The description says she is a wooden doll no bigger than a pin, who lives in an immaculate doll house. Give it a look! :)
This link directs you to a story book version, which clearly shows the sail boat, doll house and Pinny. There is one animated version on You Tube.
