Can anyone recommend a shampoo that has actually worked in passing a hair strand test for drugs and alcohol?

There are none to my knowledge. The hair strand was once living tissue and whatever drugs or alcohol you had in your system is what is still in your hair strand. Short of shaving your head bald and shaving all the hair on your body, you will get a dirty reading from hair from your body if you do drugs and/or alcohol.
