It was agree that I (husband) would stay home & care for our child. About 4 months ago my wife pick up & left me ( she was the sole provider for the family). She took your child & left me with all the bills. Is this abandonment in Flordia. Do I have any rights? She has file for divoce.

Of course you have rights, but you really need to speak to a lawyer, and the sooner the better!

What rights are you looking for? You have the right to defend yourself in court. You have a right to request visitation and/or custody of the children. You might even get spousal support in the divorce.
