    How can I find the owner of this property?
    My Church would like to buy the adjacent property but no one know who really owns the property. The address is: 163-19 107th Avenue, Jamaica NY 11432

    Check with your county assessors office to see who they have on the deed and pays taxes.

    Cool, will they just give that king of info to anyone?

    They should be able to share that public record with anyone who presents themselves at their office.

    You can even call them on the phone and ask as it is public information available to all.

    You can go to the recorder of deed office and see who is the legal owner and if there are any liens on the property. You can go to the county real estate tax office and get the name and address of who is paying the taxes. Some departments have this avaiable online others do not.
