Non Resident Income Tax (New Jersey).
I am a Truck Driver that resides in Tennessee. The company that I work for is in NJ. The company submitted my W-2 to NJ. Tennessee has no Ste Income Tax. Do I end up having to file/pay in NJ even though I am not a resident? I was above the 20K threshold in 2008.

You only owe NJ income tax if you work or live in NJ. If you did neither, then yor employer should not have withheld NJ tax. You should file form NJ-1040NR with the state of NJ, show that you have $0 taxable in NJ, and they should refund your withholding back to you.
