    Pythagoras says :- 3 is to 4 is to 5.

    so 12 is to 16 is to 20.
    Therefore Perimeter is 20+20+32 = 72

    Make the 32 the base of the triangle. The midpoint of this should be 16. Now you have 2 right triangles each with a base leg of 16 & a height of 12. Use the Pythagorean theorem of length(squared) times height(squared) = hypotenuse(squared) to find the length of the equal legs. Add the length of the legs to base for the final answer.
