Hello every body, this is the first time I have visited thes site, and I have aquistions:

1- could any body has or know any details about the cooling tower connection accessories ( GV,DRV,Y-STR,MBV) for the inlet and outlet pipes

2- actually I have a colsed chilled water system,water coled chiller ,and I have planned to design a manual chemical dosing unit for my system,but I need for that the formula and the design details.

3- I want to know where I suppose to connect the expantion tank at the highest or lowest point? At the supply or the return line?

And whate is the suitable accessories for the tank?

Regards

1- Inlet line: gate valve, Double requlating valve or commissioning set or constant flow valve, Motorized butterfly.
Outlet line: basket strainer, gate valve

2- The supplier will calculate the capacity: normally for closed system, little chemical is required since the water is not exposed to ambient (unless there is a leak in the system, and make up water is added) and normally the supplier provide a 60 liter tank which can serve for more than 1 year.

3- The expansion tank can be either on the highest level of lowest level. Most of the time on the highest level if possible will result on a smaller tank.

The accessories are sight glass, tank filling cnnection and drain valve
