I want to start web-based cell phone business, it's kind of retail cell phones on website
(during the sale process , cost of phones are going to charge from customer's credit/debit card)

My questions are:

1 What I have to have for start it?
2 Should I do fill any tax form or something?
3 is it illegal to sale something on website wihout pay taxes?
4 What is the easiest way for me to start?
